Southwest Regional CDL-A Driver Pay & Benefits

• Earn $85,000–$95,000 annually, with mileage pay based on experience and background.

• Approximately 2,500 miles per week.

• Quarterly safety bonus of up to $0.06 per mile on all miles.

• Eligible for annual pay increases.

• $500 paid orientation.

CDL-A Southwest Regional Driver Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.

• At least 18 months of verifiable driving experience within the past 3 years.

• Must meet all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.

• No serious traffic violations within the past 3 years.

• No more than 4 jobs within the past 3 years.
